If you have not setup SelfService Account Management, please open a ticket to helpdesk to rest or unlock your account.

If you have setup SelfService Account Management in the past and have associated it to a personal email address,
you can click on SelfService Account Management to reset or unlock your account.

Once you are able to login please follow this instruction to setup SelfService Account Management so that you can reset or unlock your account
without assistance from HelpDesk in the future. Self Service Account Management Document


Please input the email address for your account.

If you do not have access to the email account on record with the Registrar's office, you will not be able to reset your password online. Please contact the help desk or a lab tech on campus to reset your password in person.

Please note that the email may take up to an hour to show up in your inbox and check also the spam folder.

Online password reset will not work for user with @woodbury.edu email account.
